At Nonna Lia, we take pride in the quality of our artisanal food products; however, due to the perishable nature of our goods, we can only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.

Return Process

    Take clear photos of the packaging and the specific product defect or damage immediately upon arrival to help us process your request.

    Contact Support

    Send an email to our customer care team with your order number and the attached photos within two days of receiving your shipment.

    Internal Review

    Our kitchen and quality control team will review your claim within 24 hours to determine the cause of the issue and approve your resolution.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement

    Once approved, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
